Ordering, Returns & Complaints: our No Quibbles Promise
Before you can order from our online store, we ask you to register with the website. This is so that we can capture essential delivery information and also improve your online experience.
If you set up an account with us we will issue you with a user-name and password so that you may access your account quickly in the future.
Faulty or damaged goods can be returned for full credit or replacement, email us at email@example.com or telephone us on +86 158 3328 4440.
We will follow The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015 law on returns but in addition will allow customers to return goods for credit within 28 days of delivery, providing the goods are in a resale-able condition. This will apply to all customers however depending on the type of order and location; a charge will apply to cover transport costs. Alternatively you may arrange to return the items via your own transport/cost to our premises.
Full credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a sale-able condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund should the goods be returned in an unsaleable condition.
Please Note: Any shortages or damaged good must be recorded on our proof of delivery or reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
